She takes "baby kolton, the fake kolton" everywhere she goes! Love it!

The headband bow pictured above is perfect for halloween or a school spirit bow!! I can do these in any color...i only have a very limited number of the polka dot headbands, i do have plenty of solid bands in stock though!

Because i hate a "picture-less" post! couldn't you just squeeze him up?

Hey everyone, just wanted to let everyone know why i've had a lack of post lately. I have not quit blogging or sewing...haha. I have started student teaching so i'm only working on shirts a couple nights a week instead of every night. Therefore i won't be "blogging" everyday or maybe not even every other. I am still in business, of course, i LOVE doing this!!! So keep those orders coming!!! I am just spending most of my evenings with my family and a couple evenings sewing. I have new pictures to upload and will soon! I have sooo many orders to catch up over the weekend so i'll have lots of pictures hopefully on Monday. Also, i have an exciting incentive for the rest of this month...if you place an order for a shirt before September you will receive $5 off!

...and by the way student teaching is going GREAT!!!! I'm loving working with kids everyday! I know God meant for me to be a teacher and make a positive difference in children's lives!

Comfy chair and canvas toy tote is from Pottery Barn. The canvas picture on the wall was custom made from createmeacanvas.etsy.com (i hope thats right) it matches perfect. It says "Kolton's Cove" on the lil' sign in the sand. She designed it from the bedding....perfect and cheap, $34 i think!

Pirate lamp and Polka dot picture frame...the frame is from kolton's old room i got it when he was teeny tiny. I will probably ALWAYS have that frame in his room, its just too cute! Polka dots and Personalized...whats not to love...right!?!

The bookshelf...

this bookshelf was a gift to Kolton from his Nonna (my mom) last Valentines Day and it WAS a light oak color and I spray painted it black to match the new decor.

i just realized i forgot to take picture of the the changing table...which isn't really the changing table any more, since he is way longer than it :( It still holds diapers and 3 baskets with various things in them and on top now is pictures.

I hope you enjoyed...i love re-decorating! We have been in our new home almost 3 years now so i was ready to do some changing and am blessed i had some time this summer to do so!

SOMEONE IS GONNA BE A BIG SISTER!!

Celebrating four years of Marriage!!!!

Today is our 4th anniversary and Nick had to work so 'K' and I meet hime for lunch at Olive Garden (my favorite!) Then tonight Nick has a softball game, he plays on our church team. Since 'K' is rotten at the games i decided to stay home with him. Your thinking....how romantic....yeah right...haha! Since we had already celebrated last weekend we are ok with having our "anniversary day" be just a normal day! Last weekend we spent the weekend in Asheville, NC and went to Biltmore (neither of us had ever been). We LOVED it...and Ashville! We spent some time downtown just looking around and ate at Pomodoros, which was AMAZING! It was a two day trip and turned out to be our best anniversary trip yet! It was relaxing and perfect! I am so blessed to have a husband like Nick, i adore him as my husband and the father of my baby! Happy 4 years babe!!!!

hello out there!!

Hey guys, sorry i haven't posted in a few days....i promise i'm working on lots of orders just haven't had time to upload pics. (We have been busy "living life" and enjoying the last few days of summer before i start student teaching!! Gosh, i'm gonna miss being with "K" 24/7) Also i forgot to take pics of the the last two orders that got mailed out :( Anyways...in the next few days i'll be posting like crazy so keep checking back! Once i'm caught up on orders i will begin some Holiday shirts just to let you know what is in store for the Holidays from Under the Polka dot Tree!!! i'm so excited about doing Halloween shirts (i will have some thanksgiving and christmas pre-show shirts too! I LOVE fall so i can't wait to do some shirts for the coming up seasons!!!
